About Heartwork: Kenzie Rogers & Neyshmarie Cruz

Study Content: The Love Everybody Wants by Madison Troutt, ~$15 on amazon or you can order through your church at a discounted rate.

Group Overview: Discovering the kind of love your heart has always longed for—a love that doesn’t fade, doesn’t have to be earned, and doesn’t leave you feeling like you’re not enough. Through Madison Prewett Troutt’s book The Love Everybody Wants, we’ll talk about real things: identity, self-worth, comparison, dating, and friendships—and see what God’s Word actually says about them. Recognizing the lies culture tells us about love and replacing them with the truth of who God says you are. Growing closer to the One who loves you most and learning to love yourself and others from a place of confidence, peace, and purpose.

Leader Bio(s):Hi, I’m Kenzie Rogers! I’m a lover of all things science—I even earned my Bachelor of Science degree because of it. In my free time, you’ll usually find me reading poetry, napping, binge-watching a good TV show, trying out new foods, or locked in on a coloring book. I’ve been attending Crossroads Church for the past five years! I volunteer on CRCs photography team, where I get to capture moments that tell the story of Gods goodness. I’ve also grown up in the youth group and had the amazing opportunity to step into leadership after graduating out! One of my favorite things is mentoring young girls and simply loving on them. It means so much to walk alongside them, encourage them, and remind them of their worth and purpose.
