About Christian Solo Friends: Linda Atkins
Study Content: Activities, fellowship, and prayer based.
Group Overview: Are you an adult looking for social activities and opportunities to meet new spirit-filled friends? This group welcomes adults who are single, divorced, widowed, never married, etc. During meetings, we will engage in social activities for lunch, dinner, or weekend activities.
Leader Bio: Linda Atkins is a co-leader of CRC's widows/widowers group. She attended Riverbend Church in Austin, TX, for over 30 years. She has led Bible studies for single adults over the age of 50 for 10 years, and she became an ordained Stephen’s Minister. She led an adult class until the pandemic and moved to Temple in late July 2021. Since then, she went to several churches before calling Crossroads her church home. Linda has a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, and she continues to work part-time in Property Management. She is the current President of Bell County Newcomers and strives to promote volunteerism throughout Bell County.
